Description
Get ready for the team building experience with a difference. Rogaining is a great team building activity that brings out the best in your staff. It is both challenging and rewarding and involves analytical and creative thinking to complete the mission.
Staff are split into teams and given a survival kit filled with aerial photos, maps, compasses, and GPS coordinates.
The kit also contains a series of tasks, each with a specific points value. The team then has to prove they have been to various checkpoints by collecting tags, taking photos, or answering questions.
The harder the task, the great the number of points earned.
Teams must work out which tasks they are going to try to achieve in a limited period of time. Who is the best person in the group to achieve various tasks? Who is the best person to coordinate the activities?
